Policies

KinderCare Learning Center is a full year, full day child care center providing care for children between the ages of 6 weeks. and 9.5 years.

Tuition is due on the first day of the week your child attends. For those parents wishing to pay by month this option is available. If no payment is received for the week you will be responsible for a late payment charge of $20.00 for the week.

For the protection of your child and all the children in our care we must strictly adhere to our sick and medication policy. If a child exhibits one or more of the following symptoms you would be required to remove your child from the center:

• fever of 100 degrees or higher
• vomiting
• diarrhea
• discharge from the nose that is colored
• any unusual rash

We try our best to keep all our children and staff as healthy as possible. We therefore, must stand by the policy that if we send your child home ill they must remain out of the center for a minimum of 24 hours, or return with a "clean bill of health" from your doctor.

If your child requires any medication, it must be in the form of a prescription or accompanied with a doctor's note. It is our policy as well as that of the Office For Children that no over the counter medication may be administered unless we have written permission from your child's doctor.

As always, our suggestion to prospective parents is to come and visit the center. This will give the parent as well as the child a more meaningful understanding of our center and staff. We have an open door policy for prospective as well as enrolled parents. We welcome your visits at any time. A scheduled appointment is encouraged but not always necessary.
